Choir Surplus Passion concert

This is a concert in which some of our members will sing.

On Sunday 29 March, starting at 2:30 p.m., the Surplus Choir will perform a Passion concert in the Antonius van Paduakerk in Nijmegen. The programme will focus on Dvoràk’s “Mass in D”, with singers from the Nijmegen Student Choir Alphons Diepenbrock (NSKAD) performing the solo parts. The beautiful “Wie der Hirsch schreit” by Menselssohn-Bartholdy (Psalm 42) will be performed before the interval. Emma van de Dool will sing the soprano solos in this piece. Both choirs will be conducted by Leenke de Lege, with Jan Pieter Lanooy providing the organ accompaniment. Tickets are available via the website (https://ww.koorsurplus.nl). Tickets will also be available at the church on the day of the concert.

The reduced ticket is meant for students or people who are not able to pay the regular tickets. If you want to support the choir, please select a sponsor ticket. All profits will go to the choir so we can have more beautiful concerts!
